I love having my food diary app on my phone. Yes...it helps me focus more on eating healthier so that I can manage my weight and track weight loss, track my macros, and keep an eye on calorie and water intake. But, I wish someone had prepared me for these hassles. Not that I can't handle them. I just couldn't have prepared, mentally, a little bit better.
