Looking for ways to increase abdominal and core strength. Tired of doing floor situps and crunches. Want to see muscle definition. Sure...the kitchen is definitely the place to start, but you also need to add weight training to your core exercises. In the past, I've worked with weighted balls when doing my crunches.
