I cannot stress this more: marches don't work, voting doesn't work, and protest and boycotts and complaining don't work. America is set in their racist views and totally mocks these unproductive approaches. We, and any minority group in America who wants equal treatment, has to get America's attention. Not that I condone what happen on 911, but that got the country's attention. America now knows that someone truly hates them and disagrees with their worldviews. This is what Blacks have to do, not bomb a landmark, but make a serious statement.

Below are some definite tactics that if practiced by enough Blacks on a long enough time line, will get some attention and let this country's racist know that we are sick and tired of their subtle bigotry, practices of underdevelopment, and sick racist games.

1. Do not buy any consumer goods for 6 months to a year.

In 2000, the National GDP was $9.9 billion. This was possible because people spend money everyday. In 2000, Personal Consumption Expenditures were $6.9 billion, meaning if people did not spend the country would not gross as much and the country counts on American consumers to spend what they earn, this is the base for capitalism. If people do not spend it hurts the economy.

The question is how much do Blacks contribute to the overall American economy? In 1998, when the GDP was $8.7 billion dollars, Blacks contributed $25 million. Therefore, in 2000, when the National GDP was $9.9 billion, Blacks contributed well over $30 million. Thirty million dollars may not hurt the overall Nation GDP very much but it would hurt individual corporations that manufacture certain goods and services. If Blacks choose those goods and services carefully, we could make a serious statement.

Certain goods and services not to purchase:

a. Automobiles - pay your car off and keep it running.
b. Designer Clothing - arrogance is a sin.
c. Eat-out dining - cook at home.
d. Alcoholic beverages and cigarettes - save your liver and lungs.
e. Electronics, including cell-phones, televisions, and stereo systems.
f. Personal care items such as, expensive perfumes, hair products, and make-up.

Basic necessities such as food, utilities, and health care are essential for survival however, some things we can do without. After 6 months to a year of at least 80% of the Black population refraining from making these type purchases, America would see a significant drop in the GDP. Not that they would care much one way or another, but many companies that manufacture these goods and who most likely practice racist employment tactics would definitely feel the blow as well as hear the statement.

2. All Black actors, singers and rappers, and filmmakers refrain from the industry.

The entertainment industry thrives because of Black artist and entertainers. From the Harlem Renaissance to Motown to all the rap record labels, Black music is the soul of this country. The Black writers and performers possess a positive energy that brings soul to the screen in Hollywood and in television.

If these entertainers took that same energy [and money] and invested in a conglomerated self-governed Black community of business and education, it would not only make the statement that we do not need the praise and spotlight of white America, or to be paraded as Sambos, but we can create and grow among ourselves with the right leadership.

3. All Black sports figures refrain from the exploitation of the sports business.

This is one area that white America would suffer without and miss the most since Blacks dominate the top two sports, and since more money is in sports than in the most prosperous corporations in the nation. No more football and no more basketball; not only would this drive young Black men to concentrate on more academic and productive fields, but it would destroy the stereotype of Black incompetence in anything other than physical competition.

If the Black sports figures used what money they have earned to put into lower-income areas and schools instead of being monopolized by charities to donate and never see a real change, then their humanitarian efforts would be more appreciated by the Black community and not just a conscience soother for the capitalist marketing company.

4. All Black students leave white schools and go to Black schools.

This may seem like an effort to segregate but if pondered ethically, this is what whites would prefer anyway. So why not give them what they want instead of complaining about quotas and preferences and defending the myth of reverse racism. At some point a logical approach to racism must be used by Black freedom fighters instead of the old marches and protest. Logic does this and more.

Appeal to the conscience is the strategy. If we give whites what they want and they are happy, it will prove that they are racist beyond a doubt. Many whites could live without it bearing on their conscience but many would never be able to endure because they work hard to prove they are not racist. This is a logical strategy that we should seriously consider.

Furthermore, leaving white colleges would do much more for the sinking Black colleges around the nation. It would bring more skills and expertise to the Black colleges, which would draw more students and more Black money. A specialized curricula could be designed that address Black culture and does away with the philosophical theories and myths of Western culture that do nothing more than catechize Blacks into believing that Western culture is more civilized and precious than any other culture in the world.

5. Stop all cases of child support.

Believe it or not, the child support system is set up first, as a feminist regime and second as a racist regime. It dehumanizes men and fathers regardless of guilt or not and it neutralizes Black males and females. It drives a wedge between Black men and women and sets the stage for Baby mama drama and all other stereotyped images of Black America.

If all child support cases were dropped, the bureaucracy of the child support system would crash like no other because it is upheld mainly by Black cases. This would demand fatherly roles for many Black children, which could be fulfilled by many prominent Black people who have the desire to strengthen the characteristics and ethical principles of Black children.

In addition to the child support system, the foster and adoption systems go hand in hand. If Blacks adopted out and fostered one Black child away from the system, all Black children would have a home and no need for government dependency.

6. All Black women get off welfare all at once.

Of course this is a dream of white America because it totally blames Blacks for destroying the America economy through the use of welfare. It would answer the prayers of many conservatives at the same time crushing the dreams of liberals, who live from the programs of government dependency. If Blacks do not need them and their programs, they have no grounds for an agenda.

An abrupt move away from the welfare system would also crash another huge entity of the American economy. The bureaucracy would fall and they would have no one to serve and support but whites, then the rest of America could see who really drains the economy through welfare. Medicaid would not be missed if Black physicians dedicated their practices to the health of Blacks, which could lead to an established hospice system for Blacks.

7. Establish a Black political party.

Never again vote for the Republicans or the Democrats but start a totally independent Black party. This would definitely cut the Democratic Party down but at the same time give rise to the Republican Party. If we have done all the above before we begin this new Black party, the republicans would not be a threat to us, but they would be an ally. An ally because we would not be a so-called burden to them and they would be free to pass all the racist laws they want.

If we allow them to pass racist laws [remember the laws of logic] they would prove to be the racist they are. This is what we want and I cannot stress this more. We want racist to be racist because it reveals their true nature and lays heavy on their conscience, which would not be good for their image and would start the process of elimination.

If all the above are accomplished, the Black nation in America would rise like never before. Be not deceived, however, at first there would be a grand mockery of what we do because most arrogant whites will act as though what we are doing has no bearing on the structure and progress of America. This may be true for the first year, but if continued religiously there would be a major change in American society. Not only economically and socially, but ethically and even religiously.

We must think long term in this goal and prepare to sacrifice many things. If our forerunners could sacrifice their lives and own bodies, surely we can sacrifice a few luxuries to gain respect as a nation and natural human rights. This plan will work all the more if the whole of Black America participated and not just a select few. There is more power in numbers and more to be accomplished through unity.

If you think this feat far fetched, think again. This is a national uprising, non-violent, and a new wave of unbinding the shackles, and more logically effective than the traditional march, protest, and urban riot. This is using our brains and strength through unity, our creativity and our desire to be and remain free. It is also to better American society by ridding it of the ugly practice of racial bigotry that plague out children and white children.

At some point we can convince some of the richer and more prominent Black Americans that it is time to refrain from American shackles and to bring in a new day with new ideas in order to lay the foundation of a new America. One that we truly share the wealth, happiness, and right to liberty.
